Anticipatory Grief: Tracy Keller Nickolaus Artist Reception

Tracy Keller Nickolaus’ portraits offer an intimate emotional exploration of older individuals experiencing dementia and speaks to the families who witness this challenging and often lengthy transition. Her work is a reflection of her own family's experience and a desire to bring awareness to dementia and aging. Based in Shorewood, Tracy was the Artist in Residence at the Charles Allis Art Museum. Her current exhibit, entitled "The Fabric of Community," is showing at the Overture Center in Madison.
Exhibit runs March 1 - April 7
Presented in collaboration with Shorewood's Dementia Awareness Work Group, Shorewood Connects Neighbors, Shorewood Senior Resource Center and with thanks to the AARP of Wisconsin.
