Social Justice Story Time with Kids Impact Community

Tuesday, January 21

4:00 pm

Location: Village Center Meeting Room

Join us downstairs in the Village Center Meeting Room for a Social Justice Story Time with Rona Wolfe, an experienced educator who loves discussing big ideas with young kids and their grown-ups. Through stories, our children will get to know Martin Luther King Jr. and his teachings. We will be empowered to understand and celebrate our differences while recognizing the similarities and connections we all share. Rona will lead kid-friendly discussions about race and racial justice and address how even the youngest kids can take big actions in small ways. Towards the end of our story time, we will engage the kids in a special service-focused craft.

Activities Include: Listening to 3 books, thoughtful kid-friendly discussion, and a service-focused craft
